If democracy is the rule of the majority, and 3% of people own something like 80% of the material wealth, is that extreme generosity, simple insanity, or something other than democracy; or a combination of all three? Is it possible to simultaneously have democracy and communism; or even capitalism and communism? And can there be such a system as “theo-demo general consensus-ocracy” (without the political and socioeconomic exclusion of perceived minorities)?
