A wise man visits a materially wealthy man’s house. After dining with the man, the wise man proceeds to carry a carafe of fruit juice from the table and drops it.
The wise man removes a cloth from the table and begins to bend down to clean the spill.

A servant of the householder quickly kneels down to the wise man and says, ‘Magofe, allow me to tend to this, for you have much important work to do.’

The wise man says, ‘Yes, Magofe, yet there are much less important affairs than for one to amend one’s own clumsiness.’
