When one substantially considers geopolitics, one understands that the story remains the same: thirst, hunger, luxury, adultery, disease, fear, hatred, violence, death, love, marriage, birth, generosity, ingenuity, strength, health, balance, meditation, prayer, Faith.

The locations have simply alternated (or at least the concentration thereupon).

And the names have simply changed.

(Eventually, when one is in the game for a sufficiently lengthened amount of time, one may perceive that the names simply alternate as well).
